                                                Pursued research regarding the theoretical foundations of the facility-engineering framework, technology for controlling engineering process, and predicting the impacts of new technologies in terms of their time, cost, and schedule. Specific responsibilities included providing expertise in advance basic research, developing construction assessment tools, technology transfer, and research related to increasing the performance and productivity of both the military and civilian customers.
